Property Reappraisals Coming to Fairlawn and Bath

Inspectors will be on the streets to evaluate each property

Appraisers will take to the neighborhoods in Fairlawn, Bath and Copley for a state-mandated 2014 property reappraisal, according to Summit County Fiscal Officer Kristen M. Scalise

County appraisers will physically evaluate residential parcels. They can be identified by their identification badges and yellow work vests. Their vehicles will be marked with a placard stating they are from the Summit County Fiscal Office.

Appraisers will be out between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Fiscal Office does not conduct evaluations after 4 p.m.
