Copley Files Injunction Against Rothrock Closure
Fairlawn officials announced Rothrock Road would close at Sawgrass Drive, which met opposition from Copley Township administrators.
Copley Township officials filed a preliminary injunction in Summit County Common Pleas Court Friday against Fairlawn, Mayor William Roth and Summit County Executive Russ Pry, according to the Akron Beacon Journal.
Township officials filed over Fairlawn's change of plans to close Rothrock Road on April 10. Roth announced Wednesday that all with a concrete barrier.
