ReplyKind of misleading to call it a '4 bedroom, 2 bathroom' house without noting that it's a double.

ReplyNope, @coreymon; life-long Lakewood resident here (64yrs). Don't know the others.
OH WAIT: ha! you were trying to be funny! FAIL!!A person who lumps everyone whose opinion differs from theirs into one person is one huge red flag. Your thinking is more frightening than Avian flu, barking dogs or irresponsible chicken / pet / home owners. Truly.

ReplyBTW...there were 2 totally divergent answers to my query re: the comment ...'backyard hens can prevent the spread of avian flu...'.
This tells me that folks are putting forth their best guesstimates, "unencumbered by the facts" on this whole subject. My concern is not with Avian flu, but with the slippery slope of bending the rules. Yes, I'm sure there would be responsible chicken wranglers, but then along will come the dim-wit who has not researched the issue, who thinks raising some chickens would be fun/good for the kids/cheap eats, who is not a responsible chicken-owner, etc.,etc.,etc. Who intervenes then? Animal Control? Housing?
I STILL think it's country avocation

ReplyIf someone wants to raise chickens, they should move to the country. This is a horrible idea for a densely-populated, suburban area.

ReplyPreemptive strike here:
Yes, I know my lawn needs to be replaced. I need a small tree taken down first, and I need the city to grind out the stump on my tree lawn. I'm still trying to decide the best course of action so I don't have a duplication of my efforts.
Thank you for your concern about my yard.
