We adopted a cat once -- Big Boy -- actually, he adopted us by delivering dead birds and mice to our door. But he had the feline FIV and it did not affect him at all. Unfortunately for him, he also had diabetes. That was a bigger problem for him, but he still lived a long and healthy life.   more ›
