Summit County Fiscal Officer Kristen M. Scalise CPA, CFE announced 2013 dog licenses will be available for purchase as of Dec. 1, 2012. The 2013 license renewal forms are being mailed to dog owners the week of Dec. 1, 2012. Dog licenses cost $14. Ohio law requires licenses to be renewed between Dec. 1 and Jan. 31 each year. A late fee equal to the cost of the license will be chargedfor applications received after Jan. 31, 2013. If your dog has a Dangerous Dog designation, it must be registered per O.R.C.
