Santa made a guest appearance at Bath Township's annual Wye Road Bridge Lighting Friday.
At the Wye Road Bridge Lighting Cermony on Nov. 23, Bath Township residents were treated to cookies, hot chocolate, horse rides and a special visit from Santa Claus. A count down from 10 lit up the bridge and Santa was pulled across in his sleigh by a tractor that looked like Rudolph. He made his was to the CleverPup101 schoolhouse where at least 100 children waited to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. Watch the video above to see what four kids asked for and flip through the photos to see if Fairlawn-Bath Patch caught your child with Santa. Add your photos to the slideshow by clicking the "Upload Photos and Video" button. What was your favorite part of the ceremony? Tell us in the comments.

Government website follows Saint Nick's trip delivering gifts to good girls and boys.
In the "old days" before the Internet, children around the world had to fall asleep on Christmas Eve just trusting that Santa Claus would show up at their house in the middle of the night to fulfill their wishes. Not so for today's web-savvy kids. There are variety of websites available to track the Jolly Old Elf's journey around the globe using modern technology, allowing children to pinpoint his exact location at any given time. But the most trusted site – Norad Tracks Santa – is operated by the governments of the United States and Canada. And, surprisingly, the North American Aerospace Defense Command has been tracking Santa's whereabouts since 1958! According to the website, NORAD uses four high-tech systems to track Santa: radar, …

Do you think you should be able to take your own pictures when the kids visit Santa at the mall?
Jolly Old St. Nick has been a big draw at the malls for years, where parents would snap photos of their children sitting on the Big Man's lap. But recently, malls have started to ban parents from taking their own photos, or asking them to shoot from a certain distance. Others will allow parents to take photos only if they also buy a professional photo package. Some Santas say it's stealing when you take your own photos, reports United Press International, but parents argue that it ruins the spirit of the season. What do you think?
We've caught Santa on camera throughout Patch towns in our area. We'd love to see your photos too!
Ever wonder how Santa visits all those houses on Christmas Eve? Well we don't wonder at all. We've seen him at the Acme in Stow, at the Brecksville Public Library, and even at Crocker Park in Westlake. With all the locations he's been spotted at throughout our area this month, it's no wonder he can hit everybody's house on the big night. So, we're sharing our Santa photos with you to get you in the holiday spirit. Want to share yours too? Sure, that'd be awesome.

Parents and more than a few exited children gathered at the Fairlawn Kiwanis Community Center Dec. 18 for a breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon and hashbrowns -- and a visit from a Santa. Actually, John and Edie Riding of Wadsworth stood in for Mr. and Mrs. Claus (this is the Big Man's busy season). Santa and his elves handed out gifts and bubble artist Sue Durante kept the children entertained. The annual event is sponsored by the City of Fairlawn Parks Department.
