Homeowners will pay $2,167 for every $100,000 in home value this year, up from $1,920 last year, according to the database. The increase adds up to $247 a year per $100,000 to a property owner's tax bill. Overall millage stands at 70.75 this year, compared to 62.69 in 2012. The Akron Public Schools district gets the largest share of your taxes, with 51.83 mills costing $1,587 per $100,000 in valuation. Summit County gets the next-highest amount, or $387 at 12.62 mills.
