Just an update. Fussy contacted me about my post and apologized and offered to send a refund check to me for the $4.01 they still owed me. Would have been great, except it's now April and I have yet to see that check. Am I surprised? Not really.

Decided to try Fussy Cleaners since I had an Entertainment Coupon. Dropped off 5 items w/ the coupon. I came to p/u the order I was shocked at the price - then I realized I never received my discount. Girl behind the counter could not correct the mistake since she wasn't a manager. NEVER put your employees in a position to be unable to correct a very simple problem for a customer - how stupid! I checked the 4 cleaned items: 2 shirts still had the stains on them and were poorly pressed & the other blouse looked like it had been pressed by the blind. Returned to p/u the do-over items & 5th item & discovered the girl never put in an order to correct the billing mistake, so the new girl called the manager for instructions on how to issue my refund to correct the coupon error. Manager informs her there's nothing she can do about it - she has to put in a request TO CORPORATE in order to give me my lousy $4.01 back that they still owed me. Meantime I check item #5 and guess what??? THE STAINS ARE STILL THERE. The 3 items that were do-overs? 2 of them had tags on that stated they couldn't be cleaned without damaging the material. (BULL) I'll take them to my old cleaner - nothing ever came back like that from them and I've used them for years. Now I have to go to "Fussy" cleaners AGAIN to get my damned money back. Do not plan on ever trusting "Fussy" cleaners with my clothing again. Cheaper & less trouble to drive 35 min to old cleaner & get the job done right!!!
