My family has always said this is a great store, but not for me. I went in today with a bad battery on my camera. The older man that greeted me didn't want to touch my camera, told me that they don't even carry video cameras that use tapes, and practically sneered at me over how old the camera is. He didn't try to help me in any way. And was rude to me. I will not go back for any reason, and they lost a big sale with my mom.
