Food trucks coming — Fairlawn will host a Food Truck Round-Up from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1 at Bicentennial Park. 

Bath Fire Department CPR Class, Heart Saver AED – 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Aug. 31; Training Room, Fire Station No. 1, 3864 W. Bath Road, $15 for Bath residents, $40 non-residents for the book which must be read prior to class; register in person at the Fire Department, 3864 W. Bath Road. Made in Ohio Art & Craft Festival –10 a.m.-5 p.m., Aug. 31, Hale Farm & Village, $5 admission to Hale Farm as well as to the artistry of more than 80 exhibitors, as well as food, beer, wine, live entertainment; 330-666-3711. 

Akron Zoo Community Days for Bath and Fairlawn – Sept. 1-5, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., free admission (limit of four tickets per household). Tickets are available through Aug. 30 at Bath Town Hall, 3864 W. Bath Road or the Akron Zoo; 330-375-2550

Summer break ends — Fairlawn City Council's summer recess ends this week. A regular council meeting is set for the day after Labor Day.
