Pets of the Week: Mercedes and Frazzle
These homeless animals could be the next member of your family.
The Humane Society of Greater Akron is offering these animals for adoption.
Mercedes
Mercedes is around 1.5 years old and weighs about 45 pounds. She is a brindle, Boxer/Terrier - American Pit Bull mix. She's a gentle soul with a sweet disposition. She can be a little timid when she first meets some new people but warms up quickly. Mercedes seems to get along well with other dogs. This kind hearted girl would love to find a family to become part of!

Frazzle
My name is Frazzle and I live up to my name. I tend to get "frazzled" pretty easily and would probably do the best as the only kitty in your home. It hasn't been determined how I would do around dogs. I'm young -- just over a year old -- and am a little timid about being in open spaces. If given some time and patience I'm sure I'll be able to break out of my shell.
