Pets of the Week: Dinah and Panda

The Humane Society of Greater Akron  is offering these animals for adoption.

Dinah

Dinah is a 5-6 year-old Pit bull mix that weighs about 45 pounds. She knows sit and shake and seems to get along well with other dogs. She is a loving and sweet girl that always seems to have a smile on her face. If you think there is room in your kitchen and heart for Dinah, stop into the HSGA and meet this special girl today!

Panda

This 14-pound big dawg of a cat came in with an injury to his left front leg area, but after some stitches he's doing much better. One massive boy, not fat at all, just a great big lug who loves being petted and having his face rubbed. A little bit shy in his cage, he's getting close to coming out on his own! He'd sure like to get out of his cage for good, and how can you resist this freckle-faced Panda?

Adoption Fees:

Dogs and Puppies: $99
Senior dog over 6 years old: $40
Senior to Senior Program - Senior person over 60 adopts a senior dog: $15
Kittens: $75
Cats - over 6 months: $50
Rabbits: $40

Adopters age 60 or older may adopt a dog, 3 years or older or a cat, 5 years or older without paying the adoption fee. Proof of age is required.

All animals are spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter, have received a microchip and have had age-appropriate vaccinations and flea treatment.
