Fall Into Nature Celebration

BATH, OH Autumn is in the air and it is once again time for community members from Bath, Richfield, and surrounding areas to fill the University of Akron Field Station for the Fall Into Nature & UA Field Station Open House.  The free event will take place from 11 AM to 3 PM, rain or shine.

Guests will be treated to an abundance of complimentary activities including hayrides,  a pumpkin patch, face and pumpkin painting.  The University of Akron Field Station will provide hands-on activities and exhibits highlighting their on-site projects as well as nature walks.  Cascade Auto Group will provide rides from the main parking lot at the Ira Road park entrance to the event site and complimentary dog (or cat) identification tags.  Bath Seniors  will sponsor a corn hole tournament. 

Complimentary refreshments including hot apple cider and bottled water will be provided.  Sandwiches and other seasonal food will be available for purchase from Chef Mark D’Antonio of Acme Fresh Market Catering.   BathParks will sell apple fritters from Bake Shop in Ghent and garden mums from Constantine’s Nursery will be sold.
