A 2012 Graduate with Honors: Jessica Alexander

Jessica is Copley High school's co-valedictorian.

Leading up to graduation, we'll feature the and seniors who will speak at commencement. On the day of graduation, we'll feature their profiles again, as well as publish their speeches. Both schools graduate on June 3 at 2 p.m.

This profile is on Copley High School's co-valedictorian Jessica Alexander. Jessica is heading off to Ohio Northern University to study pharmacy.

J: I will miss my friends and the teachers.

P: What are you looking forward to in moving on to college?

J: I'm looking forward to learning more in-depth about the subjects that interest me the most and making new friends.

P: What advice would you give to underclassmen?

J: Enjoy every day because high school goes by fast.

P: What was your favorite high school class?

J: AP Calculus and AP European History

P: What clubs or extracurriculars were you involved in?

J: Key Club, Spanish Club, National Honor Society, volleyball and tennis

P: What are some of your high school accomplishments?

J: I was a National Merit Scholarship Finalist, an AP Scholar, and I was named Outstanding Key Club Secretary for the Ohio District. In Senior Superlatives, I was voted Most Likely to Succeed.

P: Tell us a fun fact about you.

J: I'm afraid of butterflies. We went to a conservatory one time and I did not want the butterflies to touch me.
