Fairlawn City Council meets tonight at 6:30 in

• An ordinance that regulates Internet sweepstakes cafes in the city

• A zoning ordinance for Internet sweepstakes cafes

Panhandling legislation is in its third reading, which is the last reading before passage, but Mayor William Roth has asked council to hold the legislation until the April 16 meeting.
