Fairlawn's Learning Resource Center to Reopen Better than Ever

The Fairlawn Parks and Recreation Department will host a grand reopening of its Learning Resource Center at Fort Island/Griffiths Park.

Parks Director Laurie Beisecker said a lot of work has been done to the building and some new animals have been added.

"We are excited to show it off and show our thanks to the Service Department for all their hard work," she said.

The reopening is set for 10 a.m. Friday, June 21 at the LRC, 413 Trunko Rd.
