Council meets tonight to discuss issues in non-voting meeting.

This non-voting meeting is open to the public, and is held so that the full council may discuss issues in more detail before voting at a regular council meeting held on the first and third Mondays of the month.
Issues to be discussed include a change in zoning to permit operation of a child daycare center and changes to the city's public records policy.
