Candidate Statement: I have lived in Fairlawn for 29 years and have been involved in Fairlawn public service for 16 years, 14 on City Council, serving as chairman of the municipal service committee. I have also served on the finance and public affairs committees.

The one major issue facing Ward 4 is the large amount of rental property, and making sure those landlords keep their properties up to code.

In the current climate of lower tax revenue, the city has still been able to maintain current services to its residents, including street replacement and repair without asessments. this year we were able to waive fees for the city trash compactor.
