Bath Seeks History Grant to Restore Vault
Township seeks funds for project in cemetery
Bath Township trustees are seeking a grant from the Ohio Historical Society's History Fund to restore the vault in Bath Center Cemetery.
If awarded, the grant would pay 60 percent of the project cost, with Bath providing 40 percent.
Money in the History Fund comes from donations Ohioans make from their income tax refunds, as well as direct donations, and is for projects that "support the preservation and sharing of Ohio's heritage," the township's resolution says.
