Bath Seeking Grant for Recycling Project
Township will ask county for another award
Bath officials are applying for a recycling grant from the Summit/Akron Solid Waste Management Authority.
The agency offers grants for communities to encourage recycling.

A previous grant was used to construct the recycling drop-off at Bath Elementary School.
No project has been identified for the new grant, if awarded, according to Deputy Township Administrator Vito Sinopoli.

"We're looking into several different recycling opportunities," Sinopoli said.
The township would not have to provide matching funds.
