Woman's Purchases Stolen From Vehicle Outside Macy's
The following information was supplied by the Fairlawn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A Hudson woman called on Dec. 30 to report that purchases just made at had been stolen from her vehicle in the parking lot.
The woman, 63, told police she had parked her 2002 GMC Envoy in a space near the front entrance of Macy’s.
She returned to the vehicle at 1:30 p.m. to drop off a pair of $70 Coach shoes and an $80 pair of black suede boots she had just bought so she could continue shopping at the mall. She returned to the vehicle at 3:12 p.m. and discovered the merchandise was missing.

Police said there were no signs of forced entry.
