Thief Breaks into Chamberlain Road Apartment, Steals $500
Information provided by the Fairlawn Police Department.
Some time between 2 and 9 p.m. on Feb. 13, a thief broke into a Chamberlain Road apartment, according to Fairlawn police.
Forced entry was made by kicking the front door in, police said. The thief then stole $500 from a dresser drawer.
Police canvassed the neighborhood for evidence, but came up short. Neighbors told police they didn't notice anything unusual.
