Stow Woman Caught Stealing From Walmart Also Had Drug Tools

On June 11, security guards watched a stow woman empty two boxes of Crest White Strips into her purse before leaving the store, according to a report.

The security guard watched her leave the store and police arrived a short time later. Officers found the Stow woman sitting in the back seat of a car. The woman told police that she didn't steal anything, but later admitted to hiding the strips on her person, the report said.

Security took the woman back into the store to retrieve the merchandise and police searched her car. Officers found a bag in her car that said "Sandy," and inside were two metal spoons, two syringes and two tourniquets, the report said.

Police charged the woman with theft, possession of drug instruments and she had an active warrant for failure to appear from the Stow Police Department.
