Employees at Ulta Beauty on Medina Road told police that a shopper came in Feb. 18 to return products she'd purchased 11 days earlier.

She had used a store rewards card to purchase the items, and the store easily traced the purchase to an Akron woman.

A warrant for her arrest was issued. On March 26, she was stopped by Cuyahoga Falls police on another matter and taken into custody on Bath's warrant.
