Police Brief: Missing Copley Man Is OK

Utah Waldrup came home on his own late yesterday.

A Copley Township Police dispatcher is reporting that a missing local man with memory problems drove home on his own.

Utah Waldrup, 89, of Kendall Road, left his home early Wednesday and drove as far as southern Ohio. Police said the man has dementia.

"Apparently he got down there and got confused about where he wanted to go, but he knew the way home," the dispatcher said.
