Man Previously Banned from Dillard's for Theft Gets Banned Again

Information provided by the Fairlawn Police Department.

Store security at watched a man conceal $407 of clothing in three store bags before leaving on Aug. 27, according to a Fairlawn police report.

Security searched the area for the man and found him outside the Firestone store exit, the report said. The clothing was recovered.

Turns out, the man had been previously banned from Dillard's for a theft on Aug. 5, 2006, the report said.

Police charged the Akron man with theft and criminal trespass and he was banned from the store again.
