A 26-year-old man made a run on Jan. 7 and ended up falling asleep in his Jeep Cherokee in the restaurant's parking lot, report.
When police arrived, a citizen was trying to wake the man up, but failed. The police officer then tried several times before he awoke, the report said.
Once awake, the driver showed several signs of impairment and he failed at several field sobriety tests, police said. The man was arrested and blew a .214 in a breath test.
Police charged him with operating a vehicle under the influence and high blood-alcohol content. He was taken home and given a court summons.
