Jewelry, TV stolen during home burglary
received a burglary report at 6:32 p.m. Dec. 13 from a resident of the 200 block of Melody Drive. The resident said someone forced their way into the home that day between 7:15 a.m. and 6:32 and took jewelry and a flat-screen television. Police did not report the value of the stolen items.

A woman called Bath Police at 11:18 a.m. Dec. 12 to report that her sister-in-law’s wedding and engagement rings were missing from the woman’s room at a senior living center on North Cleveland-Massillon Road. The caller said the rings – a 14k gold wedding band and an engagement ring with a .75-carat center diamond flanked on each side by three .20-carat diamonds – went missing sometime between 2 p.m. Nov. 26 and 3:45 p.m. Dec. 1. Police reported that staff at the living center searched the resident’s room for the rings but didn’t find them.
