She was subsequently arrested for drunken driving.

Things got worse for the woman, 33, when police found she had items stolen from Acme in her car.

And during processing, officers found 10 pills in her wallet that turned out to be Schedule 2 narcotics.

She was charged with hit-skip and drunken driving, and felony charges are pending for drug possession.

Another Hit-Skip

An Ira Road resident said a vehicle drove off the roadway about 10:30 a.m. March 4, striking his mailbox and two garbage cans.

All three were destroyed, a report said, for a loss of about $200.
