An Akron man faces theft charges after security officers at Dillard's found him hiding a second pair of pants and a hat in his pants.
A report said the man was seen going into a fitting room March 26 with several items, but coming out with fewer.

When they stopped him for questioning, they found an extra pair of pants and a hat hidden in the pants he was wearing, a report said. He also had an extra shirt on.

A Ghent Road store owner told police someone stole her wallet from in front of the cash register March 26.
By the time she realized it, the thief had already used her credit cards twice at Victoria's Secret for $363, once at Macy's for $150, at a gas station for $64 and for $738 at Sam's Club.
The cards were declined at Giant Eagle.
