At the house, Culver agreed to purchase the Xbox, then walked onto the porch. Three men wearing black sweatshirts immediately ran into the house. Davis, held a gun to the victim’s head and ordered him to his knees.

As the three discussed ransacking the house, Davis looked away from the victim, who then took that opportunity to pull a gun from his waistband and shoot at Davis. The three men fled the house.
