pets pajamas in fairlawn

My sister and her husband purchased a puppy from this company for 300.00. They were told he was a pure bred. After a couple weeks he gained weight and many people commented this was not a pure bred. She called Kathy who works there who was very polite and told her to bring the dog in for her to see. When she walked in the door of the company kathy agreed immediately. This was no pure bred.....although the papers they gave my sister stated he was indeed. My sister was told they would refund the money. When my sister happily agreed shr was scolded and belittled in front of other customers. Comments such as she doesn't care about the pet. My sister did receive a refund however she is currently sobbing because this woman treated her so poorly. How can a company in the heart of fairlawn be so mean and also untrust worthy???
