35k a year... still working poor

 I grew up in Copley. I now live in Fairlawn, Not willingly. If the company I worked for would just allow me to escape to greener pastures. Fairlawn has fallen, here I am thinking at 800$ a month I would live in calm and civilized land. 
   Instead I have drug dealers/users on all sides. who only pay a percentage of any income. For you who own homes here I weep.
