Music in the Meadow: The Womacks

Grab a blanket and a picnic and bring your family to hear FREE live music in your national park! The celebration begins with games, crafts, and other family activities. This summer concert series runs from June to August and is presented by Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the Conservancy for CVNP. Family activities will begin at 5:30 p.m. The music will begin at 6:30 p.m. Alcohol is prohibited. Concerts are cancelled during severe weather. Call 330-650-4636, ext. 228 after 2 p.m. the day of the concert for up-to-date information. Donations to support this series will be accepted at each event. Howe Meadow is located at 4040 Riverview Road, 4 miles south of SR 303, Peninsula 44264.

Beginning with their debut in 2010, The Womacks have captivated audiences with their spot-on vocal harmony, tight musicianship, and neoclassic songwriting. This folk-rock quartet from north-central Ohio will wow you with their three-part vocal harmony and lyrical insights, as well as high energy musical passages reminiscent of the days of tie-dye and vinyl.
