Please consider joining us for
this year’s Annual OPEN M Walk for Kids!

Date: Saturday, May 4, 2013 Time: 9am to Noon Place: Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath behind Spaghetti Warehouse in
Downtown Akron (510 S. Main Street, Akron)

There are so many ways to become involved! You can volunteer in various ways! One way is to get a team
together and raise money for the women and children’s programs at OPEN M.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 this year with our Walk for Kids. Our goal is only attainable with YOU!

Your help, commitment and generosity make this event a success!

The OPEN M Walk for Kids is truly an enjoyable event! This year we will have a reception after the walk at OPEN M. Refreshments, Karaoke, Face Painting and more! Come out and join the fun!

Hundreds of people come together to make a difference!  As a community we gather to support the struggling families of Summit County. As a united force WE make a difference!

If you choose to walk, have fun with it! Select a
team of dedicated individuals and name your team, i.e.

  • The Walking Warriors of Wadsworth

  • Energizer Bunnies of Fairlawn

  • Young Professionals of Akron

  • Moonwalkers of Medina

  • Coupon Queens of Green

  • Mommies with an Attitude

  • SilverSlippers of Stow

  • The Cavemen of Cuyahoga Falls

  • The Real Housewives of Hudson

Get your team energized and ready to challenge
others to sign up and bring it! There is nothing like friendly competition to keep the fire burning and exceed your goals! Who doesn’t like to be on a winning team?  This is a Win-Win for all involved!

Spread the word about OPEN M. Not sure what we do?
Call and schedule a tour! We’d love to see you!

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please feel free to call Tina Thelin at 330-434-0110 Ext. 418 or e-mail her at EventVol@openm.org

All of us at OPEN M appreciate you and the good work you are doing for our community!
