Week 3: Revere Fights off More Than Thunderstorms at Aurora
How did Revere fare against the Aurora Greenmen? The week in RHS varsity football!
The Revere Minutemen seemed to fizzle out with the rain on Friday (9/7) as they faced the undefeated Aurora Greenmen.
While thunderstorms threatened to delay the game, kickoff started on time and without a drop for the whole game. The Greenmen started off strong; scoring a touchdown within the first five minutes of the game. The onslaught of points didn't stop. Aurora scored two touchdowns every quarter, except for third quarter, where they only scored once. The Minutemen sadly failed to score.
Come cheer for Revere next week at Green as they face the Bulldogs. Encourage the team so they perform their best!
