RHS Week 2- Revere vs. North Royalton

A weekly update for the Revere High School football team and marching band. This week- see how Revere fared against the N. Royalton Bears!

Week 2 at Revere High School finshed with a great day and a humbling evening. Yesterday (Aug. 31st), the Senior football players and well as the marching band travelled to Bath Elemtary School to drum up school spirit for the first home game of the season. The adventure was enjoyable for all who attended; band members, football players and Bath Elementary students and staff.

Later that evening the Minutemen took on the North Royalton Bears. As part of the pregame ceremony, some of the great Revere football legends were recognized, their jersey numbers retired. As for the game, the odds were certainly not in Revere's favor last night (Aug. 31st) with only North Royalton scoring in the first half. Revere tried to come back, scoring two touchdowns in the third quarter, but it wasn't enough. Though it was a hard fought game on both sides, Revere continues its losing streak

Join us next week at Aurora and cheer the Minutemen to their first victory of the season! And follow @RevereSports on twitter for scores, updates and theme nights!
