I am so glad that my mother named me after my Father and Great-grandfather. I named my son after his Great-grandfather and me (in that order). My daughter has a name derived from her Mother. Since I was lucky enough to fall in love with a woman not named "Tweezle" or "Bounteous" or "Macademia" my children now have names that they can go out and define, and not be defined by.

I named my son Jordan (he's 27). I thought it was an awesome name-I pinched it from Little House on the Prairie). I know it's a popular girl's name now, but I love it!
