Pets of the Week: Scarlet and Donald

These rescued pets are looking for a new loving family to call their own.

The Humane Society of Greater Akron is spotlighting these animals for adoption from among the many that are available:

Scarlet

Scarlet is only a few years old and is a little shy when she first meets new people, but it doesn't take long for her to warm right up. She is a very sweet, but docile and quiet kitty. She loves getting pets galore! We hope that Scarlet will find a family to become part of soon!

Donald

Donald is a 10-month-old Boxer/Lab mix that currently weighs about 65 pounds (but is still a growing boy). Best way to describe this handsome man is a silly goofball! He loves to play and gets along well with other dogs. He loves his toys and will bring them right to you for a fun game of fetch! We are sure when you meet this silly and handsome boy, Donald will definitely "quack" you up!
