Pets of the Week: Gypsy and Mazda

These rescued pets are looking for a new home.

The Humane Society of Greater Akron  is offering these animals for adoption.

Gypsy

Gypsy was born in August 2010 and weighs about 35 pounds. She was recently returned after 6 months to the HSGA because of a dramatic change in her previous family's work schedule. While in her previous home, Gypsy lived with a 5 month old and a 2 year old and did wonderful with both. She was housebroken, but will probably need time and help adjusting to a new schedule, routine and family. She enjoys car rides and loves other dogs. She is a very active girl and would love an energetic family to be a part of. If you are wondering if Gypsy may be the right dog for you, stop down and meet her to find out!

Mazda

Mazda is an adoptable rabbit at the Humane Society of Greater Akron in Twinsburg, Ohio. He has yet to be neutered, so he will not be able to be taken home until that point. However, you are more than welcome to come visit handsome Mazda until then. He is extremely friendly, does not mind being held, and would be a good candidate for a first time rabbit owner. A potential adopter would need to provide cage and supplies for his care. His adoption fee is $40.
