Pets of the Week: Guinness and Molly

These rescued pets are looking for a new loving family to call their own forever.

The Humane Society of Greater Akron is spotlighting these animals for adoption from among the many that are available:

Guinness

Guinness is around 2 years old and weighs about 80 pounds. He has potential with the right dog, but also will do well with being the only four-legged friend in the home. He would do best with older children. He is a smart boy who knows “sit”, “down” and “take a bow” and is eager to learn much more! He likes getting pets and is a fun-loving goofball. We are on the record saying Guinness may just be the dog for you!

Molly

Molly is around 2-3 years old. She is on the shy side and needs someone that is willing to go slow with her and to show her that the world isn’t a scary place. Although shy, she still loves getting attention and being petted. She will probably need to start off in a room and gradually get introduced to a whole home. She has a purring motor and as you are petting her she likes to knead and becomes very loving. If you think that Molly could become part of your family, she is waiting to meet you at the HSGA!
