Pets of the Week: Carmine and Strawberry

These rescued pets are looking for a new loving family to call their own.

The Humane Society of Greater Akron is spotlighting these animals for adoption from among the many that are available:

Carmine

Carmine is an 18-month-old Lab/Shepherd mix that weighs about 45 pounds. His favorite pastime is definitely playing with toys. He isn't picky: he likes balls, plushes, squeakies, ropes, you name it! He is playful with other dogs and is one happy guy. He would do best in a home with older children. If you think that you would like to call Carmine "mine," visit him at the HSGA today!

Strawberry

Everyone that meets Strawberry has four words to say, "She's a real sweetheart!" This cutie loves to be petted and if there is an open lap, she will occupy it! She likes  being held and sitting on your lap for pets. She also likes chasing after toys and is a really sweet and loving girl. Strawberry is hoping her turn to becoming part of a family is coming "berry" soon!
