Five Things You Need to Know About the Weekend

Things to do and see -- and maybe even a good deed or two to do.

OK, the sun is finally out where you are (hopefully, anyway) and with all that green sprouting up outdoors comes a list of activities you want to do, and a few you're probably not as happy to get to: clean the garage, mow the lawn, pull the weeds, blah, blah, BLAH.

No worries, Fairlawn-Bath Patch to the rescue. Here's a handful of excuses, suitable for all ages. That is, unless you really want to clean the gutters...

1) Stewart's Caring Place 5th Annual Hope Walk

Stewart's Caring Place provides free services to people who are touched by cancer. Last year’s walkers raised $50,000 which enabled the agency to help many in our community who are touched by cancer. This year's goal is  $70,000. If you don't want to walk, you can show up at registration, donate to the cause and wish the walkers well.
