Hundreds of gun licenses suspended -- A Fairlawn man who has been conducting classes for gunowners seeking state concealed carry permits has been arrested on allegations that he has not provided proper training. The Summit County Sheriff's office said Thursday more than 200 certificates issued by Alvin Bagley have been suspended. Read more .
