Cheap Date: Hitting the Trails

It's going to be a fantastic weekend, why not hit hike and bike trails around here?

The weather this weekend is going to be absolutely fantastic, I'm talking blue skies and 74 degrees. So why not get out and enjoy the weather?

A cheap date doesn't get any cheaper than free, and you can get all kinds of free fun out of the Summit County Metro Parks trails in this area.

My personal favorite is packing a picnic and enjoying it at the You can tour the Visitor's Center to learn more about the animals in the area, and then hit the trails (walking only).

Guests can pick between three different trails: The 1.4-mile Seneca Trail, the 0.5-mile Fernwood Trail or the 0.6-mile Cherry Lane Trail.

You can also hit up the hiking and biking trails at the Bath Nature Preserve.

If you're more into biking, there's the 33.5-mile Bike and Hike Trail.

If you take pictures on your journey, share them with us and upload here!
