Fairlawn Frosty lovers will have to go a little farther to get their hands on one.
The Wendy's on West Market Street in Fairlawn shut down early this week, surprising some customers who didn't see the closing coming.
Chris Randles, the city's building commissioner, said the restaurant opted to leave the site.
"Their lease was up and they didn't renew their lease," he said. "They didn't own that site."
There is apparently no other tenant waiting in the wings. A sign saying the site is available has gone up on the property.
