Valvoline Seeks to Build in Fairlawn

Planning Commission will consider project this week

 

The Fairlawn Planning Commission is slated to review plans this week for a Valvoline Instant Oil Change to be built at 33 South Cleveland-Massillon Rd.

The project is estimated to cost $750,000.

Developers will seek preliminary site plan approval at the meeting, scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11 in City Council Chambers.

To win final approval, the project will need a conditional use permit, a lot consolidation and two setback variances to build next to Circle K.
