"I work hard to bring unique designers to Ohio that you can't find in a department store," Freeman said. "I'm known for my comfort footwear. I have shoes from Germany, Spain and Brazil."

Freeman personally meets with designers to pick only the best merchandise for her store. She prides herself on her selection and the rarity of some pieces.

"Sometimes I'll only offer two of something," Freeman said. "That way once it's gone it's gone. It makes it special because it's so rare."

Freeman moved to Ohio from California and saw a need for a boutique of this type in Northeast Ohio.

"I've always loved fashion," she smiled. "I like unique and different things. This store caters to women of all ages but my prime target is 30 and up. These women are looking for something special to supplement their wardrobe."

Freeman doesn't try to stay with the top trends because she specifically searches for pieces that are timeless.

"I want something that's going to last year after year and still be different," she said.
