Seven businesses dedicated to real estate solutions are housed 'under one roof.'

A ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday celebrated the grand opening of ’s new headquarters to 130 N. Miller Road in Fairlawn.

“The tenants were chosen based on their reputations and I believe we have some of the best in the industry. Our clients can use one or all of these services, and we still cooperate with all other outside companies that service our industry,” Stouffer said.

Stouffer Realty purchased the 10,300-square-foot former medical building in February. Extensive remodeling and landscaping preceded the move from 3480 W. Market St. in Fairlawn, where the company had leased space for 14 years.

“I think it is significant that, in these economic times, we are continuing to invest in the growth of the Greater Akron community and proving that northeast Ohio has a viable housing market,” Stouffer said.

Friday’s ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by Fairlawn Mayor William Roth, as well as representatives from the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce, Fairlawn City Council and Copley and Bath Township Boards of Trustees.

A catered grand opening celebration Friday evening welcomed area Realtors, brokers, appraisers, preferred clients and others in the real estate industry.

Stouffer, a Bath native, began his real estate career 33 years ago. An outstanding sales record and reputation in the area inspired him to get his broker’s license and open Stouffer Realty in 1997.

Within three years he tripled the company’s sales force. Today, Stouffer’s more than 100 agents represent the top Realtors in the area and many are multi-million dollar producers.

The firm’s agents specialize in every sector of the real estate market, including new construction, first-time home buying and high-end properties. Stouffer Realty is also recognized as the foremost agency for the marketing and development of vacant land in Medina, Summit and Portage counties.

Stouffer Realty has offices in Fairlawn, Stow, Brimfield, Green and Medina.
