Pita Pit Adds Healthy Option to West Market Street Fast Food Options

The restaurant will open this week.

If you're looking for a healthier fast food alternative in the Montrose area, you'll soon be able to add Pita Pit to your favorites list.

Pita Pit, founded in Canada, will open in the former Bombay Grill store front on West Market Street Jan. 30. It's in the same plaza as G & G Fitness and Best Cuts.

The restaurant features Lebanese-style pitas that can be filled with savory meats, a variety of veggies, cheeses and sauce. Customers can get their pitas to go, or enjoy them in the restaurant.
